Our History
A Growing Congregation
Over the years, Good Shepherd has been committed to faith and community, joining the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in 1963 and embracing inclusivity in 1969 by allowing women to vote and hold leadership positions. The church has celebrated milestones, including its 30th and 50th anniversaries, and for many years hosted a beloved live Nativity. Today, Good Shepherd continues its mission through worship, Bible studies, and children’s ministries.
